Staying Stylish While Traveling // Simply Beautiful

My sister, Claudia, is obviously really beautiful so she could wear a trash bag and everyone else would be copying her like Regina George with the tank tops…Mean Girls reference…get it? Anyways, she looks beautiful in everything!

Claudia was born with a great sense of style. We always talk about the purple dress Claudia loved to wear when she was little. She literally slept in that purple dress for weeks my mom had to sneakily wash the dress when Claudia was fast asleep so she wouldn’t notice she wasn’t wearing it. But she still looked like every day was the first day she was wearing it! She knew even then not to let a good dress go. Some people naturally have that sense of style like her! For me on the other hand it took me a little longer (like halfway through college!) for me to figure out my sense of “style”…I’m still working on it for sure.

She’s always working out in the gym or teaching people how to swim in the pool and life guarding which means she’s always wearing active wear and swimsuits. Yet she still has a great sense of style once she hangs up the swimsuits.

When we were in Pennsylvania this summer we went to these gardens out in the sun all day. She needed to wear something comfy in the heat like this flattering red tank top and denim shorts she paired with sunnies and her classic black vans. She looked super cute and still stayed cool in the heat as we were outside all day that day. Staying cool and stylish in the summer is easy when you stick to the basics like a tank top and shorts!
